GIRLS NIGHT OUT @ COOLY HOTEL

So last Night I went out with My Awesome Friends 

to The Coolangatta Hotel

to celebrate My Birthday 

that was on the 13th Of June :)

I waited so long to celebrate

As i wanted to go to my Favourite Pub

When my favourite band 

FAT ALBERT

were playing there :)

The Boys didnt disappoint either

There Gig was Brilliant as always

The Atmosphere was Amazing

& They were full of energy

Jumping all over the place while shredding there guitars.

They also had special guest Marlon McDonald

playing the drums for them 

as Captain Rob is in Bali on holiday :)

My night started at 6:30pm 

when one of my best friends Jess

picked me up

so we could have dinner at the pub first

and line my stomach

before the drinking got under way :)

These lovely ladies in my life

joined us not long after :)

Doors to The Balcony 

opened @ 8pm

The Fat Albert Boys Started to play

Dancing was a must 

The Boys played till 11:30pm

Us Girls had had so much fun 

But unfortunately there were some idiots there

who decided it was fun to throw cans at the stage

nearly damaging the boys equipment :(

We then headed back down stairs to the Main Bar

to keep dancing the night away

& meeting random people 

who cracked us up all night with funny jokes 

& dance moves ..LOL

I love this woman

She is My Best Friend 

Her & I were the only ones who stayed till 2am

Before we caught a taxi home :)

With Friends @ Tweed City Hoyts Cinemas

Is a movie about a Bachelorette Party Weekend 

that goes horribly wrong

When they kill the stripper...LOL

OMG 

It was Seriously Hilarious

My Friends & I 

While watching the movie

were trying to work out which Charactrer in the movie we were

Ive never laughed so hard 

or so loud 

I really enjoyed it :)

My friends and i could end up in this situation one day

we are wild and funny at times..LOL

This Movie suited us all to well 

Haa Haaa Haaa Haa 

Treat yourself to a night out at the movies with your girlfriends

Its Heaps of fun

& you will have a good laugh

Not to mention the bag of goodies you also get :)

Sometimes in life

you just need to break away from the kids

and head out for alittle pampering

 & some Junk food ..LOL

The Cooly Rocks On Street Parade

uses Coolangattas Beautiful Beachfront Backdrop

to showcase Rock ..Revs & Old Fashioned Glamour 

to the streets.

The colour, excitement, music and parade fun

stretches along the beachfront for 2km's 

with tens of thousands of onlookers lining the streets

to watch the parade of Floats ..Vintage Cars..Surf Wagons..Bikes..Vans &

Celebrities such as Bianca & Issi Dye as pictured above :)

This year My Babies & I 

Were lucky enough to be in the

Cooly Rocks On Street Parade

With our Rock n Roll Dance Club 

Border Rockers

It Was Very Exciting 

& Hell Of Alot Of Fun Dancing To 

Shake Your Tail Feather....LOL 

Im the only one not in Blue...

As Amelia wore my club shirt

so i wore my Pink Hell Bunny Dress & Skull Cardi :)

We were so good

that we even won

BEST WALKING GROUP 

In Cooly Rocks On Street Parade

For 2017 :)

The Kids And I had Such A Great time again this year

even despite the rain cutting our fun short on the Saturday

and cancelling the Sunday Events :(

We even had a ride in a Monster Truck

Which was totally AWESOME !!

This is an Event everyone must attend atleast once

Kids love it...

Adults Love it...

There is so much to see & do 

From the cars...

To the Bands...

To the 100 Stalls...

AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK SPECTACULAR - SALUTE TO THE LIGHT HORSE

On Saturday Night

For an early Mothers Day Treat

I had the pleasure of taking my kidlets

to The Australian Outback Spectaculars Show

Salute To The Light Horse

We were very excited to see the show

And learn about Australian History.

We were even more excited to take the Back Stage Tour

before the show started.

Unfortunatley we werent allowed to take any photos 

But the Back Stage Tour was Amazing & Very Informative

We had young Lachlan from the Cast showing us around.

We were shown everything from

 The Costumes ...The Carriages & Coaches ..Trick Aids for performing Stunts..

The Cattle ..The Donkey ...The Brumby Heard...

The Proper Saddles the Anzacs would have used....

All 50 Horses in the show getting ready... 

The Vehicles in the show 

& The Elephant specifically made for the show

it was really incredible

And im so glad i purchased that experience as well  :) 

After the Backstage Tour was complete

We headed back inside 

to get up close & personal 

with some more members of the cast...

The Main Bar is brilliant

They have live music performed on this wagon...

The walls are covered in old signs...Pictures & memorabilia 

From the old days 

And depict rural farm life 

Off The Main Area Is also 

The Centenary Museum

It is full of photograhs ..Medals ..Saddles...uniforms and more

from the period of The Light Horsemen

It gave me goose bumps being in there.

We were then ushered through the doors 

into the show arena 

It Was SHOWTIME !!!

We were so happy with our seats

we were in the very front row

we could see everything 

Once seated we were served our Entree of

Homestyle Pumpkin Soup with Croutons 

It was creamy & Delicious 

so yummy & Hot :)

The Main Course 

Was a Tender Eye Fillet Steak in a rich Gravy

served with Garden Vegetables & a Toasty Dinner Roll.

It Absolutley Melts in your mouth.

To finish off 

Dessert is a Baked Apple Pie ,

Drizzeled in warm Salted Caramel Sauce 

& Topped with a dollop of fresh high Country Cream 

Just Beautiful :)

There is a Vegetarian & Chicken option available also :)

Through Out The Show Patrons are also served

 Beer , Wine & Softdrink continuously

Its Great :)

Tea & Coffee is also served with Dessert :)

The Show was spine tingling 

It was the best 2 hours ever

The way the stories of the Light Horsemen were told

The way the horses moved.. 

The Poetry...The songs..

The footage & real life images projected on a huge wall

It was truly Spectacular

The Show was full of Amazing Talent as

Mind Blowing Stunts were also Performed

A Man Jumps 4 horses over a barrier of fire 

While riding them standing up FFS ..

Totally Insane !!

There is alot of audience participation in the show too

As we are split into 2 teams

RED and BLUE

Reds are seated on one side of the arena

& Blues the Other

You know which team u are on

by the colour of the band on the hat you are given on entry

Riders perform challlenges for points

on both Horse Back & Quad Bikes 

4 Kids from the audience are asked to chase & catch a potty calf...

My 2 were asked ..but they said NO :(

4 Adults from the audience get to race ride on lawn mowers...

Its Hilariously Action packed fun :)

The show even has a circus 

Where there is trapeze artists ..

Ponies doing tricks ..

Clowns..

& The Elephant 

It was Just Brilliant :)
